WalkingI have been blogging now for a few years, and writing is part of my profession. Blogging is more enjoyable than professional writing, but I don’t just blog for the enjoyment. There is something in the discipline of writing that sharpens ideas and fleshes them out. Blogging is part of my journey for truth.

I have been on a truth journey since I emerged from the haze and confusion of adolescence, much of it self-induced. Stepping out of that myopic existence I began to get an inkling that truth existed outside of myself in the world, and I wanted to encounter it. So I set off. If you are interested, you can read the rest of my story and follow my journey here.

Along the way, I found that perspective is a powerful thing. It can make all the difference where we end up. We filter things through our perspective without even knowing what it is sometimes. We may not even really question of examine our own perspective that is the filter for the way we see the world.

Gaining a different perspective is usually eye-opening. It can be a catalyst to seeing things in a whole new light. It can lead to pivotal paradigm shifts. I have experienced all of that in my life and new the struggle to let go of a particular view as well as the exhilaration of finding a completely different way of seeing things.

My aim for this site is to provide what I hope may be a different perspective that will help you on your journey. If you stop by, leave a note. “No man is an island.” We are in this world together as fellow journeyers. Godspeed on your journey!
